Sports.. still pancit lagi... gilos... PANCIT...
Christmas eve.. makan ngan akak kat office lagi..
Suka betul dia makan mushroom burger + fries & cheasy meats..
I just stand on with my Charboilde Chicken Salad..

Still on Diet..

On the christmas day... went to the curve & did some weight lifting.. Final result.. I screwed UP due to a lot of rest.. even at the LUnch Hour RPM class .. I still can't preformed as I used to be at One Utama..

But... On the boxing day.. the RPM class quite special..

REminds me .. when Carlos invited me to his Christmas party.. I got A lot of free stuff..
But this time.. candies from famous almost..
still suffered from tuesday laziness.. I been forced to DO RPM again... DAMN... DAMN..

& the result... I flat out at the end of the class... & wholla I got a lot of candies... & later that evening went to AVP.. felt like to killed my self = tired + tension 0f work. + AVP tense story..

& on thursday was the judgement day.. No RPM.. Weights..

AKu paNcit... rasa macam hampeh ajer... all weight intervals.. pushup.. dips. squads... bla2...

Friday...
kAT office.. baru aku tau.. meeting with clients.. minutes. tak pernah ambik.. or project department hilangkan.. BANGANG...
Cuma client PCSB nie.. memang diarang malas nak tulis email.. & MMC takada central server nak documentkan all the files including the emails.. BODOH betul.. Project dah abis selama setahun.. still kena siapkan kerja lagi.. structural bertukar & it will effect other displine.. HAHAHA.. Kerja 4 free... Nasib baik piping & mechanical secured..

Bila join meeting - baru tau kenapa PDMS admin gained exprience more than other displine.. Nowdays people are too depandent to Software.. & the gatekepper is the heart to the successful story.. How we curve the arc... depend on the ATTITUDE..

For Fitness
Aku Cuti.. Yeah.. Shahrul have mercy on ME.. hehehe.. so still on diet.. Cuma temankan kawan tunggu parents dia... End up with shopping + survey barang.. Wah aku bole belanja sakan nie...

Pagi tadi.. abah tanya... boleh tak hantarkan laptop samsung ke service centre?
Err.. so oblige to...

Hati rasa macam tak sedap jer...

Cuma.. ok la.. jemput personal trainer at curve.. & then landing kat AXIS.. after hands on the laptop..

Tapi unlucky this saturday morning.. SUMP OIL aku pecah.. tak pernah pun.. happen kat WIRA dulu..

minta tlg kat unkle shahrom.. he guide me to his friend workshop.. Mula2 risau jer.. kalau enjin aku rosak.. tapi.. dia demo kat aku... siap lenjan keta aku nak proved GEN2 nie fit for purpose.. no damage to my cylinder head..

aT THE END, RM 500 melayang.. Waaa... Damn to PROTON design... Nasib baik ada Shahrul.. So.. ari nie bagi aku rest lagi.... sebab nak tunggu tow truck & service makan masa seharian.....

Esok... Jogging kot... kat curve.. bye2 to lilian class.. maybe gie tgk wayang kot..

Hehehe.. Tapi dah lama buat RPM nie.. Kenal Ramai Kenalan...

Kat FItness 1st KLCC..
Last Tuesday.. RPM instructur tue tanya..

"You are RPM Regulars, aren't you? Who thought u to cycle."

Then aku pening2...

"Err.. CF instructors."

"California Fitness?"

"Nope.. Celebrity Fitness, One Utama's branch."

Instructor tue ditch names "Kris? Marcos?"

"Yeah both of them..."

"No wonder ur techniques are right.. & the resistence was a bit high."

Perghh klas kris dulu.. mamat tue sendiri yang tambah resistence aku waktu mauntain challange..

Then aku mamai2.. aku gie juice bar .. minum air, sblm continue jogging.. Weight training..
2 weeks rest.. last week demam and this time shahrul lak demam.. tapi aku jamin.. ada lilian mesti ok nyer..:)....

Tapi.. the RPM techniques and timing.. I learnt from RIZ - fav sunday instructor..
LEO - fav stamina instructor.. satu2 class biasa
aku pancit.
KANNAN - freestyle - more to mauntain challange.
then ada sorang lagi... MALCOM yang ajar techniques
for begginers.

2 years of effort.. now people are noticed... Hehehehe...

VISTA..

Actually.. bz 2-3 days figuring out window vista..

Sucks.. actually.. or I getting old/defunct on exploring new computer technologies?

Crash for a  few times... have to recover for 2 times.. and finally walla.. Smooth & steady.

Lesson learnt. Beautiful creations have to handle with care.. even human.. except/including plastics...

Last night.. lari2 lagi..

But ada class RPM..

Sampai KLCC..

"Arghh.. lapar lagi... mana nak makan nie? Ada cacing lagi ker dalam perut ku?" benak hati lagi...

Jalan2 last sekali jumpa HOCA coffee.. ok laa nak alas perut.. nanti ada klas rPm tak der laa nak vomit aper2..

Kat GYM.. eh.. ada mat salleh.. Wayne.. Nice.. macam best jer..

Join2 klas tue.. Advance.. Arghh Shitt.. pancit lagi.. (tapi sekurang2 tak macam class Kris.. Ironman dia.. Kris turun dari basikal adjust aku pun torsion esp during mauntain challange.. lagi siut)

Tapi dalam kelas tue betul2 ada gadis macam female J kat CF..  semangat laa skit..

overall Celebrity is better.. Boleh husha awek kat crowd bawah tue kalau letih.. anyway.. kat sini best gak... hehe...

Then abis tue . terus lari atas trackmill.. speed 6.5 incline 1.5 for 45 minutes..

Harap2 aku dapat balik berat 90kg aku... Hope SO... If no injuries or awek ganggu lagi.. Hehehe

Laksa Shack

Hmm..

lama gak tak makan laksa nie... lagi murah dari 1U...

Tapi tengah hari tue.. dah makan japanease food ..Salmon + rice.. biler petang .. lapar laks..

Makan.. Makan jangan tak makan....

So.. had laksa johor... Macam mana nak kuruskan badan?

Khamis lepas .. one of my friend sedarkan lamunan bear dari tidurnya.. Kena cari ... punca makanan lebih skit nie.. So boleh topup makan sayur lebih2..:)

Workout hari nie kat the curve.. So.. personal trainer asked me.. "Nak excercise giler2 ker?"

"Pancit aaa.. lama dah tak bersenam"

"So.. ringan2 laa.."

aku jawab .."Ok"

Dalam hati bersyukur jer.. tak perlu buat abs and pushups..

Tapi semalam.. RPM track 37 new release & kelas Lilian.. Arghh.. Mati aa macam nie...

So.. aku duduk belakang... kayuh perlahan2..

Tapi Shahrul dia duduk depan... and happy jer dengan kelas RPM nie.. Mentang2 laa instructur tue cun.. Dalam hati aku.. Siut aa .. kata lutut sakit.. hari nie ok je..

Abis kelas..

"Apasal semangat jer tadi?"

"Lilian tanya pasal lutut aku.. aku cakap tunjuk sign ok"

Shahrul sambung lagi "RPM instructur senyum.. dah aku terus ada semangat."

"Siut aaa.. aku pancit giler"

"Tu aaaa kau lan... cuti seminggu.."

Morale is .. kalau salu excercise.. jangan aa cuti lama2.. nanti pancit giler..

SO... kena Lari perlahan2 sekarang.. Regain my stamina 1st
