Lately, I always got viral fever. Due to my surroundings? Hmm.. maybe, most of my colleagues always get MC comment by a shell trainee..

Hmm.. last year.. after ice left, i got my foot injury.. still hunts me till today.. the injury caused my toes & foot crammed after a long duration of excercise..

However there is a girl.. I won't mention her name... this girl sometimes acted like diddy; dexter's sister.. If she feel sick.she do acted like a peagon slooth.. two things that cured her for sure.. shopping and excercise.. Seriously.. this kind of cure will give headache to her boy friend too.. hehe.. every time I workout at Menara Maxis..

"heranlah.. si gedik nie.. kalau jalan2, shopping, workout terus sihat."

"Haa.. perli ker.. mentang2 pancit RPM tadi.."

"Betullll.. kalau aku demam ker.. aku pun tak workout.."

I loved RPM .. they release my pressure.. (the work that i always dictate my select2 drafters)... Lately the 'fatique' term arised.. almost two rpms class including today.. I can't push my self...

I missed the old days, when I can feel my heart pumped faster... Mum always advise me.. If I'm recovered from a serious illness.. i would lost my strength and stamina.. rest for two weeks.. &  i believe her so, as I'm get older wiser..

Back to gedik's story.. she pancit at the middle of RPM.. as Wayne our RPM instructer always told the crowd in the mauntain challange .."U started it, U better finish them"....

However the most excercise she always do is the skiing excercise..

Hmm.. I will miss the RPM as I'm going to do the cardio machine more...  Always do what gediks did in california.. After 28 days of hardwork... she lost 2.3 kg... Congrats.. Unfortunately.. she gained weight again.. COME on gedik.. JOin menara maxis..

The last time I remember that I would have a great team was good comunication between each members...

I trusted cikgu Apis in a lot of things.. he's really on of the sidekicks after butet kicked out from KUiTTHO.. also Jai, hasni, taufik, romai..

Fast fowards to 2008.. the conditions defers a lot... I don't like to helm any projects any more. The reason of success we have the right team with understanding each other capabilities..

Azlan the dweller told me that "don't let the people rankings lower than you, dictate or push you in the job"... I'm like a dictator... huhuhu.. anyway that is the reason I still thriving..

Funny things happen today.. My Engeneering colleagues teast me..

Beginning 2007, I promised my self... don't ever take that kind of challange.. Proven.. I could give what they asked for.. except I don't know the outcome later on... esp at office akak ina, zarina and a few other women trust me.. & they believe the good in me..

Minor setback in life, I'm too focused with my JOB.. a lot of things to learn in a fast track project.. I did ask Ramon regarding why he still survived with the company.. simple reason.. "I'm happy with my Job & my family loves what I'm doing.." the reason he left Technip because he don't want to leave his family alone in Kuala Lumpur..

Just recover from viral fever.. munir msg me.. Wanna Go to singapore? hehehe.. AVEVA maybe.. however the car required a lot of maintainance lately..

recently, what happens in Malaysia.. we have a high profile soap opera.. One of our friends has some morale values, others cannot make a decission, others claimed they have a headache..

I don't like to say something bad to my colleagues.. however if some fast track projects.. communication plays important roles.. I worked 3 weeks back to back.. however these low educations drafters just don't appriciate what I'm doing...

Their solution.. send first, repair later... STUPID..

Now overtime NO MORE.. as their piping lead told me that he could select any admins he like..So I'll slowing up my pace..
