I'll Be Damn.. Ou ch.. Sakit...

Dulu..

MY ex personal trainer told her story to shahrul regarding her Polar Bear..

'Dulu Lan penah tak datang lama', Ice

Shahrul 'Ye ker?'

'Akak sampai call rumah dia.. sampai tanya kenapa tak nak datang.' Ice

Then 'Akak basuh dia.. huhuhu'

Itulah waktu dia ICe anjing aku sambil bawak shu shu lawan push up ngan haku..

'Ini lelaki lemah.. Awek Kuat.. Jantan Lemah.. Awek kuat.. Jantan lemah..'

Hmm.. tersedar dari lamunan..

Ari nie & semalam kena basuh gak.. sakit satu badan.. Even RPM tadi tak nak duduk saf2 hadapan..walaupun instructor dah ajak.. cycle sebelah sheela.. Oh tidak.. Jalan Itik laa kawan nanti..

Iskhh ... sakit kaki.. tapi lilian nie hyper aktif betul.. huhuhuhuhu..

& jalan kat pavilion last saturday pun.. terpaksa cakap kat member.. sakit kaki..

& hari nie.. after workout.. my personal trainer waited for his princess.. while waiting we did a survey for the Broadband access at curve..

'Shahrul sakit aa kaki nie.. nak jalan pun letih.' Polar Bear..

'Takper Bang Lan.. Progress tue." Personal Trainer (kepala hanguk kau)

'Esok ada training lagi.. huhuhu.. tak sabar nak tengok kau mengelupur.."  Shahrul tambah lagi..

Tapi bila princess dia turun dari layar perak.. kitarang pun daftar Maxis 3G tue..

'Naik skit yer berat badan gedics..' POlar bear

'hu uh.. tapi dia kata diet.' shahrul

'MEh kita uji..' Polar Bear..

So.. bear bagi laa duit suruh Yana beli Dunut

Supprisingly.. yana ambik satu jer.. huhuhu.. selalunya dialah johan makan donut 6 biji sekotak.. tapi.. kali nie ade rejection..

last sekali ada baki donut tue.. kawan yana yang ambik..

Me tgk ajer.. Dah start diet.. kat office pun polar bear reject junk food... 7 months to dateline... Macam mana tah target tue..

Tapi sekarang memang dah dianjingkan oleh personal trainer yang amanah tue..

Malam2 sakit satu badan.. ambik ubat.. sapu2 skit... tgk dvd and tidur..

Tapi keletihan ini tak ada effect nyer..

Kak iNa Lims masuk spital.. sempat lawat a night before the operation.. Siap malam tue akak zarina ngutuk aku jalan slow sangat.. sakit hamstring aa bai.

Khamis tue sebelum akak ina discharge.. belikan hadiah belon helium

Pooh Bear besor lak tue..

Tapi yang buat spoil tue.. MY ceo nampak Polar BEar bawa bellon Pooh tgh terapung.. dia siap sengih2 lak tue.. then nampak colleague turun lunch.. Uiskh. Segan tahap Cipan..

Tapi taklah sesakit hati kena dera.. 7 bulan jer.. Bak kata my personal trainer..

Torcherous Moment Starts Again

Life is like a box of chocolate.

My true exercise has begun.. after 3 weeks of RPM and cores.

My weight lifting is alive... DAMN..

8 months to go.. I hope I could finish on time..

Iskhh...  I do feel the pain as I reach home.. & sometimes felt useless.. iskkhh... Where are my strenght, the one before I cracked my toe?

Hmm..

Office.. tiba2 crossfire..

A day before that

Tolong kebumikan jiran selasa minggu lepas... jadi insaf sedikit.. fardu kifayah.... semakin ramai orang mengabaikan nyer.. Tapi.. bila masuk ke liang lahad.. baru tahu bertapa syahdu nyer.. Tgk adik beradik friend i.. semua lelaki.. yang sulung muka paling sedih (classmate aku lak tue)... tapi sekurang2 arwah bonda rakan ku dapat dikebumikan dengan cepat..

Teringat pada arwah ayah mid.. abang kamal.. iskh.. aki de kat kampung ... apabila ajal dah memanggil bersedialah. Semua berasaskan bekalan kita..

Cuma kat office... tiba2 banyak kerja.. tapi .. benda yang banyak nie boleh diuruskan.. cuma dah tak semangat nak buat overtime gile3 lagi..

Kalau diarang nak rush.. they have to wait...

Cuma kat office, aku kadang macam balaci dulu..

Sekarang nie dah pandai mereject.. huhuhu.. 2 months to go..

Advance on Tuesday.. technique Improved a lot lately as I gained my stamina & strength..

Wednesday - REst - HIPS felt like hell (hips don't lie).

Thursday - Dauble treat..

1st class Joanne.. DAMN..energetic sungguh..

              - After 1st class.. solat Sat.. hehehe.. ngan seluar berpeluh.

2nd class, Wan..

"Dah lama jadi instructor?"

"Baru ajer.. three months."

Then instructor baru nie cerita ler.. yang dia join RPM class after putus tunang. Kesian gak kisah dia.. Hmm .. Instructor as a part time.. sempat gak mamat nie handle class 7a.m and 7p.m.

Dulu waktu kat gym lama ada gak instructor part time.. Jack

Siang kerja buat iklan, malam jadi instructor..

Then after the class.. I felt a bit tired.. RPM back to back.. dah ah ada mamat michel kat sebelah.. Memang push abis for the 2nd set.. sakit giler HIPS.. esp during mauntain challange..

Lepak laa kat Juice Bar.. tengah2 mamai.. letih2..

Wan tegur.. "duduk mana Bro?"

"Melawati.. "

"Penat.. relax aaa."

aku mamai2.. angguk ajer la.. Tapi tiba2 ader awek cun tegur Wan..

Siut aa kata putus tunang.. tapi go for better ones.. hehehe..

Cayalah BRO..

Teringat kat RIZ..  salu complain wife dia salu mintak bukan2.. hahaha esp tgh pregnant.. tapi kan.. Wife dia cun giler.. Hehehe

Friday.. RUnning 1.6 k.m under 15 minutes & Do weights..

Saturday .. More RPM in the morning & running for an hour.. Damn tired..

Sunday.. kenduri kahwin .. Abang Uda a.k.a. Zaharin..

The finishing weekend, I lost 200g ... ajer in a week.. as my Shahrul wrote down all my calories burned.. So.. no dates.. supaya makan kat rumah ajer.. LOW carb..

Tapi the last time I got my strength because of Ice..

Tahlah ICe asyik compare 'NIe Jantan Lemah & and this is strong Betina' & she always bring a few good Porn Star to boost my morale..

& setiap kali abis weigths ngan ice kena curcuit training.. weight and cardios interval.. every time ended up cursing my female personal trainer

Sama macam kat office during puasa 2006, ada budak perempuan fire aku 'skit2 nak backoff, skit2 nak back off'

Rasa2nya due to my high ego, kena cabar baru berjaya kot...

Shahrul.. ok.. yer lah sesetengah orang beruntung dapat personal trainer.. Mana ada orang nak train betul2.. + good posture, + good motivation, ambik advice dari lecture2 kat UiTM..

Even Joanne pun dah tau.. aku ader working partner kat gym.. she told me I'm so fortunate to have a friend to help me... Cuma kadang2 aku jer malas.. Letih maa.. sampai2 rumah kena sapu ubat tahan sakit + vitamins.. & lately.. 4 instructor dah cam muka I..

RPM instructor 1 class RM 40.. ok gak. sebab time christmas ari tue.. Ada instructor bawa cookies from famous almost and bagi free jer.. sampai dapat 6 keping..

1 bln 23 class x rm 40.. gym membership dah laa free..

26 ..err 27 & getting OLDEERRR..

Wallah..

I'm 27 this september. Still Younggggggggggold...

When I was 23.. the inner me had an ambitious hope to reduce his minnie fattie me..

then 24.. got the reduction..

25.. got the reduction..

26.. stagnant..

27.. dunno yet..

last night was the most enjoyable RPM night I ever had..

Old tracks.. except this time no chicken little theme..

Now.. I am old.. & officially pancit...

Even during the 1st mauntain challange. Accidently, I wordout "Sh*t"

then Varon "I hear the S word.. 'that I call progress'.. well done."

I'm all wet after the class. But for Veron she like the performance I had shown.. Nice to have regulars around..

Seriously.. memang pancit sangat...

To suit my age..

Shahrul kata.... "Abang lan kena buat long distance running with average heart rate of 142"

"Giler.. tak pernah dibuat orang" I kata..

"Hahaha.. RPM No More... Skang.. kita change program tue."

So hari nie.. officially I ran for 90 minutes with average heart beat of 145..

So.. welcome the wrinkle2 days..

Tapi... One crusade still ain't finish..

With proper guidance, monitoring and disciplin.. My social life will only screw up for only a year and Right now I'm officially anti social-ayat Rashidah.. if 2008.. I ain't achieve what I hoped for since 2004..  'boroi is forever'

RPM ..

Hehehe.. Tapi dah lama buat RPM nie.. Kenal Ramai Kenalan...

Kat FItness 1st KLCC..
Last Tuesday.. RPM instructur tue tanya..

"You are RPM Regulars, aren't you? Who thought u to cycle."

Then aku pening2...

"Err.. CF instructors."

"California Fitness?"

"Nope.. Celebrity Fitness, One Utama's branch."

Instructor tue ditch names "Kris? Marcos?"

"Yeah both of them..."

"No wonder ur techniques are right.. & the resistence was a bit high."

Perghh klas kris dulu.. mamat tue sendiri yang tambah resistence aku waktu mauntain challange..

Then aku mamai2.. aku gie juice bar .. minum air, sblm continue jogging.. Weight training..
2 weeks rest.. last week demam and this time shahrul lak demam.. tapi aku jamin.. ada lilian mesti ok nyer..:)....

Tapi.. the RPM techniques and timing.. I learnt from RIZ - fav sunday instructor..
LEO - fav stamina instructor.. satu2 class biasa
aku pancit.
KANNAN - freestyle - more to mauntain challange.
then ada sorang lagi... MALCOM yang ajar techniques
for begginers.

2 years of effort.. now people are noticed... Hehehehe...

1st time pancit..

Hmm...

1st blogging..

Workout hari nie kat the curve.. So.. personal trainer asked me.. "Nak excercise giler2 ker?"

"Pancit aaa.. lama dah tak bersenam"

"So.. ringan2 laa.."

aku jawab .."Ok"

Dalam hati bersyukur jer.. tak perlu buat abs and pushups..

Tapi semalam.. RPM track 37 new release & kelas Lilian.. Arghh.. Mati aa macam nie...

So.. aku duduk belakang... kayuh perlahan2..

Tapi Shahrul dia duduk depan... and happy jer dengan kelas RPM nie.. Mentang2 laa instructur tue cun.. Dalam hati aku.. Siut aa .. kata lutut sakit.. hari nie ok je..

Abis kelas..

"Apasal semangat jer tadi?"

"Lilian tanya pasal lutut aku.. aku cakap tunjuk sign ok"

Shahrul sambung lagi "RPM instructur senyum.. dah aku terus ada semangat."

"Siut aaa.. aku pancit giler"

"Tu aaaa kau lan... cuti seminggu.."

Morale is .. kalau salu excercise.. jangan aa cuti lama2.. nanti pancit giler..

SO... kena Lari perlahan2 sekarang.. Regain my stamina 1st
